Cap-15th
« on: June 16, 2008, 01:21:15 PM »

fished roe for about an hour without any hits at all so I switched up to spoons and spinners with no luck, so I decided to try something oddball, a purple and pink marabou jig and on my first cast hooked one.  Saw one landed three(including my own) hooked.  there are quite a few in there it's just a classic case of lockjaw and getting your lure down to the fish

Yup, they are in there alright :D

Went last week and had some good bites at a few nice pools as well as landing a jack spring. My buddy had a nice coho on but lost it.

The next rain will mean a jackpot for those sweet pools !

Good reason for that, no water...no fish. I counted 12 fish in the hatchery.

the lack of fish has nothing to do with the water levels because the levels have been perfect recently.  They just aren't coming in yet or..there are no fish to come in.
