And... one last thing to mention... if you're going to fish a leach under an indicator make sure to use a 'loop' knot for your fly so it will present properly with movement.

I just use an OLIVE chronomid to imitate pellets LOL works pretty good however i still find black flies work better.

If you want those broods:

Christmas tree from shore

Fish shallow and have your fly just under the surface

Another good thing that really works there is a gold beaded black leech on a slime line. Try up shallow on the flat or just off in the north East corner. I believe that's where they dump the fish in too.....
