Tonight's dinner is prawns in garlic butter, salmon sushi and salmon sashimi w/wasabi. Moose steak with spuds as the main. The real dinner will be with the turkey and all the goods tomorrow :o

Well the hard part is done, everything is prepared!!!  Now the easy part, cooking it and eating it!!  So I'm off for now, everyone have a Great Christmas.  If you get a chance to get out on a flow, then good luck. ;D ;D

chopped squid, fish paste(cod), tapioca starch, mix well pan fried.

Well I'm back from the dinner!!  It turned out to be a great success, as everyone liked the salmon, prawns, scalloped potatoes, rice and salads!!  Thank god I won't have to cook that much for another year!!  As for tomorrow, we are having another big feast, turkey, potatoes, stuffing and gravy along with more I am sure!!  I am gonna have to make it out on the flows soon to work some of this off!!! ::) ;D ;D
