Where do you develop your digital photos?
« on: November 02, 2004, 10:25:40 PM »

The last two years or so I have been developing my digital photos at Costco. The price is right, and the quality has been excellent, until this summer actually. :-\ The last three batches that I received have not been impressive. Some photos are often grainy or too bright... Sometimes the edges of the photos are chopped off.

So where do you develop your digital photos?

Usually, at costco or superstore. Price is pretty much almost the same maybe a few cent difference. And plus you don't waste your printer ink  ;) ;D

If you have never done a costing of printing photos at home I suggest you do. You will outsource them pretty quickly, in my opinion. The only advantage to doing them at home is convenience and you will find you pay plenty for this convenience.

If you're feeling lazy you can develop photos online from future shop and they'll mail you the prints. As I recall the price is quite good and there are lots of custom options.
Worked great for me this summer as I lived in harrison which has no place to develop photos.

Thats good to know.  I just got a digicam this spring and was thinking of getting a photo printer.  Will research some more.
