Hopefully the negligence of the contractor will be rewarded with a hefty fine and even some charges!!! I doubt it, but I hope I'm wrong...Does anyone have any info on whether the culverts have been put in yet??? Really nice work bringing this to the attention of the media, hopefully some action will be taken, to send a clear message that these kinds of irresponsible practices will not be tolerated....
on a lighter note....
Great site guys, I'm a newbie, love anything fishing, and just want to say hi...good to be here!

Too little too late, there should have been a culvert every 20 feet to lessen the intrusion on the river and the hatching grounds. bastards should be charged. $100 for every dead fish.
