I know everyone has atleast one memorable moment while out and about on our rivers and lakes around here.Post em up.
Was fishing on a smaller Squamish flow this week when i met a guy who at first glance looked drunk.He says "i cotz lotz ofz bullz trowt up there"
Pointing up stream to a faaaast wide run and i said "ok ill have a go"sarcasticly and he walks away with his spinning rod weight and orange wool.
So after fishing alot of water to no avail i go to the pool he mentioned and sure enough i got 4 bull trout in 4 casts!
I walk back to the parking lot and i see the man and he looks like he has never drank a beer in his life and says "so did you catch any there?"I replied saying "yes i got 4 bull trout at the exact spot you mentioned"he nods then walks away behind some cabins.
Pretty freaky lol
