Spider Crab

I've caught a couple of them recently and was wondering what the regulations were to retention? I tossed them back but they kinda look like baby alaskan king crab...
Crabbing near the top end of Indian Arm in 70 to 100 feet of water. Is this unusual as i've crabbed in the area for a couple years and never caught one of these wierd looking things

No meat in them to speak of cleaning/eating one is a waste of time IMO.
