Fisherforever, a lot of people on fishing sites are completely illiterate.  ;D ;D That is why they cannot read the regulations. ;D

Now if you want "international confrontation", it's not necessary to go that far, down in states there are places where you can chum for trout at your heart desire...

It's interesting how different places in the world, have different fishing rules. Maybe more of a tradition, is this what you mean?

Also, would be nice to keep DISCUSSING on a topic replaying where the subject started, and not spreading replays all over the forum.

The video is awesome.

What's a replay?????
