Would the smaller boat size like Murphy's has be sketchy if it was a windy day?

23-26ft vs other places have 30ft...

The Murphy's run Grady Whites, they can handle pretty rough conditions out there. The guides will of course use their best judgements to decide what the limit is. There are lots of sheltered inshore spots where we did well last year.
