Kudos to the RCMP for arresting the thief. Now if they can only do the same to the thieves preying on the fishermen on the Vedder and other rivers.

I wish they would post a picture of him and his name. No doubt he does the circuit and hit's the Vedder as well. Keep an eye out for some dodgy looking 43 year old is about all you know about him.

Heard about a boat getting repairs at a marina in Richmond recently ,had a break in ...things stolen out of the cuddy.

Who knows maybe this same guy did it.

One spark can cause a big fire ....one out of control full time thief hitting boats  stealing valuables...fishing equipment tools etc...can cause a lot of grief for ALOT of folks.

Recently ,thieves have on 2 occasions broke into homes...& have stolen value items of dead loved ones...ashes pictures...etc...

To steal other people's stuff that they worked hard for (job)....only to have some creep take them ...very low.
Watch out though because some thieves wear white shirts & wear ties. (dis honest buissnessman...some are blue collar service or repair men ...so be wise honest FWR members) ;D

It's like the story where a guy has something stolen ,so he calls in a security expert...who does his thing.....$1000's of dollars spent on bars ,locks, & a safe...
Owner comes home only to see he is the victim of another break in...
He wonders how did a thief get thru all the safeguards ...bars,locked doors...& a heavy thick amoured bolted & anchored safe !!!
What he did not count on....the security expert had a "shady side" !!!!!!!!

In many cases FOR SURE...but hopefully there are some that they are giving services or efforts from a helpful & fair character...what the odds are only God knows .....is it honest lawyers / politicians  90 % 80%  70% or only 40-30 % or less do their service from the heart....

Greed is definitely a power that is at work...or fairness  :o
