North River Glider pontoon boat. Free
Minimal set-up time.  Inflates by mouth in under a couple minutes per pontoon/bladder. External pump not needed.

Update: I tested the bladders and they lost a fair amount of air overnight. So much so, that I don't feel comfortable selling it without advising the purchaser and then who would want it

Tell you what, if want a DIY project to find and fix the leak(s) in the bladders, then it's yours for handshake
