Hey Nog, can halibuts be taken within a mile or 2 off shore and about what size are they???
Halibut can be taken close to shore, but as a rule that only happens in the Early Spring. Nada there this time of year, so save yourself the effort.
And is it true the limit will increase for coho in September???
