I've seen those floats at Army and Navy. Not too impressed with them though.

they sit nice but they are garbage, they break very easily

could that float have something to do with 'Rick Woods"? He may finally be getting old enough to call it quits. Bob Globle at Bob's in Burnaby finally has.
