Non-tidal Fraser River, September 5th 2009
« on: September 05, 2009, 10:57:54 PM »

well I went and tossed some flies in the non- tidal Fraser today and did pretty good so I figured I post a report. around 1 the bite was really slow flyguy hooked into 1 or two then at around 6ish a huge school of fish came in and bettween the three of us we must of got into about thirty pinks. we tried tossing spoons for awhile but no luck at all. They were porpoising all around us really close in to. Then around 7:30 it died down to the point were nobody was getting anything. Almost everyone were we were fishing left with 2 pinks or more. heres a couple picks of the one I kept:

It sure was a great afternoon of fishing. The fly that we where using was Randy Morgans pink fly. Like Guppy said we landed close to 30 pinks today and we lost about as many.
