no I am not desesperate... I know it will come.
I still prefer to try to find some water for myself than fishing spots where there are already 10 guys... and with the water level we have all the guys are around the very deep pools, so... I just have to wait for the rain or to find a secret deep pool (I do not believe I will fnd one ::)).

Concerning the steelheads, I have a secret for you... If you have problem catching them and around 100 $, take a steelhead class next winter. It is crazy. I started fishing steelhead in December, caught nothing between December and end of February. Then I took the steelhead class and after that I hooked at least one steely each time I was out... crazy eh. Or if you want you show me how to catch salmon and I will show you what I learned concerning steelheads...

Thats ok, I also took the 100$ Steelhead class, and I also had some good steelhead days. I just didnt average one every trip like you  :-\
