My dad turned 84 recently...& for his birthday gifts took him out for dinner...gloves...& also got him a medium sized "fire extingusher" for home use. He said that we should bring it along when we go boating as well. (boats catch fire) Well only a few days later there was a CTV national news story of 3 large boats catching fire at Sydney Harbour (Victoria BC) --------------There is video footage to be seen ...just go to CTV & in search box type in Marina fire .....then it should come up. ------- In a past post from another site a person said that if one goes on vacation ya have to adjust your hot water tank setting... to "vacation setting" or something like that ........... because should your house catch fire & this setting was not adjusted...possibly your home insurance is void !!! Some of ya may be going away for the long weekend......... Well after seeing those boats burning on the tv news ...we are going to have that fire extingusher "tag along "with us when we go boating... ------------- One insurance company will give people a FREE FIRE EXTINGUSHER if one gets their insurance from them.
