Thanks for posting this Doug. I had been suggesting this to FOC this week for the Cultus Lake pike minnow de population program. Got good support at the local level but it as nixed by higher levels of FOC. This does not surprise me as we are always behind good idea's from other parts of the world.

BTW  The top rod last year made almost 40,000 during the season :o :o
