Bass in Cultus are a blast. Last year's derby winner in the tub.

Even the large one was good eating.

There's not much more than a mouthful on those little ones though.

For reference the fillet just like a rockfish with the same texture, and taste close to a walleye. Thats just from Cultus though, but I highly recommend eating them.
