Interior Lake fishing season 2021

With travel restrictions expected to be lifted, time to focus on our interior lakes. I have a series of videos coming out in the next few weeks. Let's start with some flashback video clips...

Looks awesome there at Irish . Fished there many years ago on the way to Needa Lake . Our plans are to go Kamloops way next week but will be slow as one of our stops were Bleeker lake . Apparently that lake had winter kill this season. Might change the plans and go north .

I can confirm I have heard from 2 separate sources that Bleeker had a heavy winter kill due to a failure of the aerator.  I tried fishing it just after ice off without knowing about the kill and was astonished on how many scuds were in the water, it was seething.  Now I know why.

That's a Fraser Valley rainbow trout from Lundbom Lake.

Actually I got confused. This was a 21" Pennask I had kept. We did keep a couple of FVs the following day and they were just as red.
