DFO New Fishing Regs. and Closures-2019
« on: April 16, 2019, 02:36:38 PM »

With respect to Vancouver area, looks like in the salt, they just closed the banana and around the coal port for retention, which is nothing new (29-6, 29-7, 29-9 and 29-10). A reduced catch number for Chinook from 2 to 1, everywhere else. Hump is still open as is the QA, the Bell, and Howe Sound.

I may have read the regs I could find incorrectly as I contacted a fishing store operator and best sense he could make of it is that it is all closed in our area (Greater Vancouver). My apologies for any misunderstanding.
