Most of what I read was centers around distinguishing whether aboriginals were a group that could be considered a class.( and thus eligible for class action suit) Is this the issue this court case is attending?? Sorry I am not a lawyer, tough to understand some parts although i try.

You're right Brownmancheng. The lawsuit really has nothing to do materially with fish farms as far as the objective of the suit.....it's about whether or not aboriginal collectives can act as classes in a class action lawsuit. A legal procedural issue. Chris/NB give it another read......
