Sure, will do. But probably not until next year as I already have trip planned for Adelaide and Fraser Is. In october and december.
How are u finding it there. I'm doing abit of research as to which is the best time to visit for a couple of weeks so that I can target both chinook and sockeye, and if posible halibut.
I have been warn by a friend over there that it get nice and cold in winter. LOL.

Always loved fishing shows, Grew up watching John Wilson (anyone heard of him?). want to become proficient enough to teach my son in a couple of years.

My name is andy, I live and work in Maple Ridge. have always loved to fish, but due to family havent had much time in the last ten years to do so, Now that the kids have moved out, finally !! i have taken up the sport again. Did some chum fishing last year befor holidays and also did some steelhead fishing, without any luck early this year and am still going out a bit. Did try ot go out to Lafarge lake last nite and was somewhat frustrated as I could not get the float and bait out far enough, and also it go tangled all the time so obvioulsy no fish or even bites at all, although it was a beautiful evenning, somewhat cool but nnice. Maybe if someone could offer me some advise as to what I might be doing wrong that advise would be much appreciated. Thanks for all the help  :-\

Residence: Langley BC.
Marital Status: Single
Favorite food: Sushi, sandwiches, and italian food.
Favorite fish species: Bass
Favorite fish species for fishing: Any I can catch
Favorite river: I haven't fished a river yet
Other misc. info: I like to hunt as well, I'm still an amateur in the hunting and fishing department.  I used to have a 14 footer with a 4hp johnson, awesome for trolling.  I wish I owned that boat still.

I now own a 1991 19.5 bayliner with inboard 3.0L mercruiser, its got 2 downriggers, fish finder and a garmin gps I can put on the dash (its my hunting gps)  its a little beat up but its got the closed cooling so I'd like to try it in the ocean and use the downriggers.  I've never used downriggers.

As I get older (I'm 29) I find I want to fish more its very relaxing.  Still haven't got the patience for fly fishing maybe in another 10 years.
