name: tim

age: 54 married, two grown up kids, one chichauhau, one bearded collie

hobbies: fixing up old motorcycles, working on my house, fitness, and fishing

past fishing experiences: grew up in manitoba chucking hardware for perch & northern pike with the occasional pickerel thrown in

now i'm trying to learn how to fly fish, have caught three or four at the local lake ( buntzen ), but have much, much to learn.

plan to get out to the stave in 3 weeks or so, and for sure will hit the harrison river as soon as next week. i have a 12 foot folding boat with a 5 horse johnson O/B and it gets me out there where the fish are ( i hope )

i'm grateful for any and all advice i glean from this forum, and plan to contribute when my knowledge base expands. cheers :)

Hello, my name is Chad, I am just getting back into fishing. My dad got me into fishing as a kid but I lost interest as a teenager, now I am learning it all over again.
