Canucks batting a 1000 on power play tonight
« on: March 15, 2007, 10:06:05 PM »

I think everyone was stunned to see Vancouver get a 4 min. powerplay handed to them with a minute left in regulation.  Pretty tough call for St.  Lou. Thought for sure it would be even-up but the Nuks needed it after a poorly played final ten min .

Boy, talk about the classical situation where you blow opportunity after opportunity, hit post after post, during the first two periods to have it come back and haunt you at the end.  Two games in a row they've let the other team back into the game late in the third, even more so this game.  Enough to drive you crazy!  Should have been a laugher. Butthe bottom line is THEY WON!!!!  Two more points.

They need to put the teams away when they have the chances. Hang on to your seats, it's going down to the wire between the Wild and Canucks as to who will finish first.
