Oh but you missed out after you left us yesterday....

Kidding, you missed nothing lol...

It was a good trade for my beauty sleep then!  ;)

Water was still pretty low and clear by the time I left around noon I suspect it might need a couple more hours of steady rain to see any difference

Fish were moving this morning and seemed a bit less tight lipped for a couple hours. I have yet to hook a hatchery coho this year. Couple wilds. Lots of springs. Multiple chum reports from others I’ve talked to as well, dirty ones too. Guess they’ve been stacking up a bit waiting for a sniff of rain. Todays 100% rain forecast for a few hours should hopefully open the river up a bit and disperse some fish.

Water is low and clear, fish can be seen but most are scared and tight lipped.

link updated. If you have an inflatable vest like the Mustangs you will be ticketed if you are not wearing it.

Yes and it's been discussed here before. The RCMP may cut people slack or people who had it on board but not on their person may have had the infraction dismissed in court.

People were being ticketed parking on Boundary Road south of Keith Wilson Bridge.

The construction crew closed the parking on the dykes while they work.
Yes. The heavy haul trucks are using the dyke road to access and egress the construction zone. Cars on Boundary are parked illegally impeding regular traffic. What a zoo. City bylaw officer and tow truck drivers dream come true!  ::)

People were being ticketed parking on Boundary Road south of Keith Wilson Bridge.  It's a 25 minute walk from Fisherman's corner parking lot to the KWB though. ::)

The construction crew closed the parking on the dykes while they work.

This has been underway for some years. Both the links provided are dead.
I was told by RCMP at cultus lake that as long as you have it on board you are good.
