Post by: Jelly_ on November 05, 2022, 06:00:56 PM
Hello!
I have an Abu Garcia cardinal S Canadian edition and i was wondering if this rod would be fine for trout in the vedder? I currently have it spooled with 6lb test line.

easily, why wouldnt you? 95% of the trout are 2 lb and less. Your line is a little light but you should be fine. If you hook a salmon tho, especially a chum you will definitely break off.

;D thing is Wiseguy is right. I do spend way to much time on this website for my own good. I need to find a new hobby so I don't think about fishing 24/7.
