Title: Coho Poke?

I've heard of people using Vedder Coho for sashimi, anyone tried using it for poke? If so, favorite recipe you can share?

Wonder if Rod's Spicy Salmon Sashimi recipe would work?

I allways use Toasted sesame oil, lime juice and fresh garlic and ginger in my poke.

The rest is personal taste.

i love balsamic added to mine
