I appreciate the links Nova, always wondered what salmon were  ::) Chris, were these wild salmon "thawed for your convenience", or fresh?  Chinooks perhaps? I am not aware of any commercial openings recently, therefor my questions.

You are adept at stirring the pot, then leaving the kitchen :)  Can you not answer my questions?

I must assume all went well with Maxine's gall bladder surgery as you are back posting! Good stuff.
Can you shed some intel on the wild salmon you saw at Granville Island?

Did not notice any FF salmon but could have missed seeing some. I know some wild had been frozen but there appeared to be some fresh as well.

If you get a chance when you are down that way give us a report.

"Avoid list" I should say so: farmed salmon 16x more PCB ( vitamins  ;) ) than wild.
