Correct me if im wrong.. But isnt using light to attract fish againts the regs? Plus looks like poorly designed/made.

It is illegal to:
•use torches or artificial lights while sport fishing, except when they are submerged and attached to a fishing line, within 1 m of the fishing hook.
So this lure is okay. It's not any different from a glow coating on a flasher or spoon.

I'd be more concerned about the shape. That large glob of plastic/epoxy won't make that spoon wobble very nicely vs. a glow or UV painted spoon.
