Sounds like you got a boat to row about. :) Let's face it those people on the island are up the creek without the paddle. Good luck on them for trying to get rid of that nincompoop mayor/property manager in Langford. But most people in Victoria would give you a good tongue lashing for idling at a red light. So how are they going to see anything wrong with a decent sport like scowing. Fish farm capital of Canada the island is old boy. Private land everywhere with seriously limited access. :-\
