Photography is a passion for many who enjoy the outoors, so it is only appropriate that we have an outdoor photography section. In this section, you can ask questions about outdoor photography and share photos that you have taken.
There are a few rules that we would like you to follow when participating in this board.
- Please only post photographs that you have taken. If you wish to share photographs that you've found on the internet, please provide credits. Credits can be done by either providing the webpage where you found the photographs or the photographer's name.
- Please do not post fishing or hunting photographs in this section. Fishing photographs should go into the general discussion section of Fishing in British Columbia (http://www.fishingwithrod.com/yabbse/index.php?board=1.0). Hunting photographs should go into the Hunter's Cabin (http://www.fishingwithrod.com/yabbse/index.php?board=16.0).
- Inappropriate photographs will be deleted.
To post photographs, first upload them to a photo sharing website such as www.photobucket.com or www.flickr.com. Then, use the url of the image provided and add the img codes in your post. If you'd like critical feedback on your photos, please ask.
Remember - you may not always like what you hear... but it is what someone feels about your image. You may or may not agree, but it can really help in improving your photographic style.
The common way to ask for critique is simply a comment on you photo post saying "C&C welcome" i.e. Comments and critique welcome.
Photos that aren't yours should be linked to, rather than embedded, to avoid confusion regarding source of the image.
