Title: Fishing several lines at once...
Post by: Morty on November 20, 2008, 03:44:54 PM
... well, that's what a net is isn't it?

The nets will be out again "starting" tomorrow Fri Nov 21st until Monday 24th for communal purposes:

And there are also economic opportunities all this week on the Harrison

I post these so that you can plan your days on the water effectively and not waste time going when the runs have already been harvested.

Ok, it cracked me up a bit, but seriously, this out-of-control strip mining of fish from the Fraser is big, big business for a few. Those who are profiting are organized, sophisticated, determined and will use whatever means necessary to keep that way.
I believe DFO has lost control of the River.

So how many marks out of ten are we awarding the DFO for their skills in effectively managing the Fraser River resources?
