No they are not unless they are really late ;).  The run this year was really small on that stream and people are wondering why.  Hope this helps.

Wondering why.... I know why, Did you see the crap they had going on while they were doing that stuff for the Filtration plant. If I was a fish, I wouldn't have wanted to go up there either :lol:

Power outage back in 2003 did something with the water flow to the hatching box where the pinks were raised.  Most of the fry and eggs died and those that did survive made up the small remnants of the run.
