1. You first have to upload the photos to the internet from your computer. This can be done easily at photobucket.com or a similar site. When the photos have been loaded onto the host site (photobucket), a URL should be below the picture, copy this down.
2. Now, you're ready to put the photo onto FWR, or wherever you want. In this forum, there's a "button" in the manu section, this is rght below the "subject" and "message" icon thing in the "post reply" page. it it directly below the Italics "button" in the menu section. Clicking that button should present you with something that looks like this:

Just paste the URL of the photo from step 1 between the brackets:
URL Here
and that's that, the photo won't appear until the post is made

Hey Tom, was gonna reply to you but have been very tied up with work. In about a month from now, the subscription service is about to start and subscribers will be able to attach files (photos) to their posts or post photos from their gallery albums with ease. I'll post whatever photos you email me in the meantime. You can also use photobucket.com as well.
Use this icon (http://www.fishingwithrod.com/yabbse/Themes/default/images/bbc/img.gif) to insert image into your post.

There is no such thing as a dumb computer user. Because as long as you continue to ask questions, then you not dumb :)
