Title: how much is a steelhead license

I have been wanting my dad to go out fishing with but he cant because he doeanst have his steel license and he was wondering how much the license was?

Well if he already has a non-tidal license, then all he needs is the Steelhead Conservation Stamp, I believe that is $26.75.  Don't remember if there is tax on that though!! ;)
