Was out in Manning Park this weekend with the scouts.  Got this picture, which I just love:

That is a darn nice pick Dragon, but haven't you found that the animals in manning park will eat out of your hand rather easily!! ;D ;D

I find that when I'm eating breakfast, I almost have to beat them off with a stick :(

Thanks.  I've found that the community at fotothing has really driven me to have my camera around more, and to experiment with some pictures, more than I would have previously.  It's a neat site, and my photography has improved as a result.

I had to lay on my stomach for about a half hour before I could get them close enough for those darn shots.  I tried some further away, but the zoom didn't give a crisp enough pic!! 
Those whisky jacks are quite the bird eh!!  I couldn't believe how close they would get to you and wait for you to give them something!!! ::) ;D

Those whiskey jacks will take peanuts right out of your mouth. Got pictures of it somewhere. Mouth,ears ( watch out for those little hairs OUCH)etc great fun for the kids.

Yup - almost lost my breakfast off the fork, as I was going from plate to mouth!!! Talk about will to survive!  :o
