Title: smoking pinks

I take the odd pink home for the BBQ and for the neighbors because I understand they do not freeze well. However I also hear that they smoke quite well. I have my fish smoked in Haney, so here's the question:
             How do I keep the pinks until I have enough to take to the smoke house ?
