Title: Where is Island 22

Hello out there...
 
Just wondering where exactly is Island 22, and how does one get there?
 
My friends dad knows how to get to Peg Leg and we were thinking of going there with my boat and fishing the bar on the other side of the river (anyone know the condition of the bars at pegleg?).

island 22 is closed to off shore fishing because of the washout i was there last night and the lady said i couldent fish   :(
