Title: Fishing boat suggestion

I'm thinking of buying a boat for ocean fishing. Is a rigid hull with inflatable better or fibreglass?
Should powerplant be inboard or outboard? Jet or propeller?

I don't fish the ocean or ever been on it (ecept for ferry) but am a jet boat fanatic....and a Jet is not a good Idea on the ocean...although people use them in bays and inlets but not out in the rough wavey ocean water....
