Title: Up Squamish way...?
Post by: tsuribaka on April 25, 2005, 08:31:21 PM
Has anyone been up there in the past few days?  I have been out of town for a week or so and with all the nice weather down there this week I was wondering if the water has come up a bunch or if its still ok for fishing.  I will be back in Vancouver in a few days and was hoping to get up there again before the water is too high.  Any info would be great!  Thanks.

Probably too late.... water has increase quite a bit... it has been warm up there, close to 30 degrees C....

Come on now... That's still fishable. ;)

Try the Cheakamus instead.

Went up to the Squamish on Saturday, river blown out!  Cheakamus barely fishable, Ashlu looked high, clear.  Way too hot out!
