Title: Any suggestions for a few hours of fishing in Abbotsford?
Post by: mykiss on April 01, 2005, 06:40:23 PM
I was planning to take the boy out for a few hours of fishing during the weekend.  Are there any suggestions on where to go?  I was planing to take him to near the mission bridge and possibly do a bit of shore sturgeon fishing but I think it might be a little to much for him.  Are there any lakes or sloughs around there that he can catch something from shore?

I don't think he'll care what fish he catches, catching anything will make him happy.  :) Thanks

This time of year trout fishing in mill lake is generally quite good. I've had sucsess fishing off the main dock with panther martins and small rapala's.
