noticed while driving over lions gate today a couple of hopefuls fishing the mouth of the Cap,dead low tide and dead low river ???

But at least there's water in the ocean and if the forecasters are correct there will be soon water in the Cap. No fish but lot's of water :o.

those guys were smart :), they got a better chance there, at the mouth, than in the river right now.
