Is the Thompson open??  Never heard that!

It is open year round ABOVE Savona . The regulations below Savona are completely different . They usually open it up for the month of May for fly fishing only below Walachin , to just above Martel , I believe . Then it gets shut down for another month . In Sept ., the regs change again ie...Classified Waters stamp , steelhead stamp mandatory .
