They will have to generate a task force to study the idea.  ::)

It's about time. What took so long! Maybe finally we'll see something positive happen in the long term because if something is'nt done soon a once fabulous resource will be lost.

Well, hopefully this is a start. Even if it's only to raise the profile of the issue.
