Title: Bouquets

I normally don't do this but.....I ran into a guide with a difference.  I had booked a half day fishing with Dave Hogarth of South Saltspring Salmon Charters.  I called to get an update on the fishing.  Dave informed me the fishing had been poor and was going to call to give me the chance to cancel.  In his words "I'd feel bad taking you for a boat ride with little chance to catch salmon."

I saved myself some money and will do something else, but I thought I would pass his name on to anyone heading over to Saltspring and looking for a guide.

Good on Dave :D  I guess he'll generate some business from being honest.  What a concept!   He's been bookmarked on my PC ;)
