Title: Cosco selling steelhead filets - what does it taste like?

So i'm wandering thru my local cosco and see steelie filets for $15 in the fish section - never had one - what are they like...more like trout or salmon?

If it taste anything like the sushi they serve at Japanese restaurants it is probably bland.
