Title: Rod repair

I have missing line guides that I would like to get fixed . Anyone in the Cloverdale area that replaces line guides x 2. I believe they are titanium on the top piece of the rod .

Mike's reel repair. I think they moved to Chilliwack.
But I think any fishing store might be able to repair them.
If it's just a broken tip, it's easy to fix by yourself.

Yes , tips are an easy fix however these are 2 line guides down from the tip . Just thought someone near me does this as hobbies or has the means to repair rod guides . I don't really want to chuck it away .

Would you travel to North Surrey/Guildford for the repair? If so, I’ll reach out to a buddy who is a rod builder, and does rod repairs too.

Adriatic is right as most tackle shops have contact with a rod builder who can do that sort of work. It used to be a flat fee per guide plus the cost of the guide.

It is also easy to do it as a DIY. No special equipment is necessarily needed. I have done this myself and built rods from blanks. I am anything but a handyman.

I attempted once upon a time DIY ,what a disaster  ::), on an ole cane rod . I would rather just hand it off to someone with all the goodies to do it . Not in a rush however I would like to have it done and ready for some action sometime soon .
