Title: Fraser River thoughts
Post by: JBB on August 11, 2004, 03:31:36 PM
As a newby to river fishing I went to Seabird Island yesterday and just talked to people and watched rather than fish.
What a great way to spend a couple of hours

its a outdoor thing, so leaving a dead fish in the river or I guess its a MANLY thing.  I think it gives it more flavor letting it sit soaking up the fraser river marinate.  When you bbq still taste great.  ;D
I think its a pain in the my friend to carry a cooler if you have to hike to the place, like herrling,  Sometimes you come back empty handed, makes more working carrying a empty cooler back.

Just remember what Ted Peck used to say. Damn, I can't remember what he used to say.
