Good news and hope they catch some of those that are breaking into some anglers vehicles. Also I hope they wear high visible vest for Identification. Maybe that will not be a good idea as that will scare the steelhead in the runs. :D

I doubt these creel survey folks will be involved in the vehicle break in issues.
