Title: Native and Commercial fisheries?

I have heard many conflicting reports of when and how long.
Are any commercial or native fisheries going on now? >:(
When are future ones set for? :(
When will fishing return to normal(Based on size of runs)? :-\
Would appreciate any clearing up of this info.
Did mange a nice little spring the other day at Gill  ;D
